I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a degree in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy and am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I can provide evening and weekend appointments as well as day time appointments helping to ensure that accessing counselling is flexible and available for all. I currently provide counselling and psychotherapy in the Banbury area.
As well as my own private practice I have over 10 years experience of working with loss and bereavement volunteering for an independent Bereavement Service in partnership with local NHS GP Practices in North Oxfordshire.

30 minute initial assessment during which you will have time to discuss your needs - £30
Individual one-to-one sessions of 50 minutes duration - £45 per session
I can offer reduced rates for counselling students in training on a case-by-case basis; please contact me for further details.
Payment is by cheque or cash at the beginning of each session or by bank transfer prior to the session. Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable however clients are kindly requested to give a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid the fees for the session being chargeable
